Bremod Hair Color
Hair colors options for
Pakistani salons
If you are limited in capital and planning to start a new business, options are
limited. While eateries are seemingly the most popular new business – salons
appear to be a popular option. Statistics are limited regarding new businesses
and those available tend to be difficult to access for non government entities
so it is tough to say with accuracy which new business type is the most
popular.
Perhaps one of the reasons for the popularity of hair salons as a new business
in Pakistan is the government’s vocational and technical training program which
offers fashion & beauty related programs. These training centers allow you
to get accredited with skills that can help you start a business or gain
employment.
One of the main considerations for a new salon is the brand of products to use.
As each brand requires hands on experience to finely master the techniques
required to get a desired shade, there is a certain buy-in for each brand, not
in terms of money but rather time and experience required. Shifting from one
brand to the other is no simple matter and therefore your choice of brands can
have long term implications. Below we would like to break down the three tiers
of hair colors we have dealt with in the hair salons business.
The first tier has local brands which are readily available in Pakistan and are
usually among the lowest priced. They tend to have limited shades but are
usually quite effective and very much worth the price. Several brands are now
accredited with the PSQCA (Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority).
Some of the local brands you may find used in salons near you are Kala Kola,
Adore hair colors, Black Rose hair colors, Golden Girl hair colors, etc.
The second tier of hair colors typically includes Chinese brands. These have
recently surged in popularity and brands such as Freecia, Lourich and Bremod hair color typify the quality and price of this tier. They usually have a wide
variety of shades but availability is limited to larger cities and the
companies importing and distributing can be difficult to get in touch with. Both
Freecia and Bremod hair color were being advertised heavily in certain cities
in Pakistan in the past year or so but availability was limited to certain
brick and mortar stores and online.
The final tier are the commonly known western brands, perhaps you may be
familiar with Framesi, Garnier, Indola, L’Oreal, Keune, Paul Mitchell, Igora or
Wella. These brands typically have the largest selection of shades and have
good support if you are planning to set up a salon but also tend to be the
priciest. Some of them are not directly operating in Pakistan but have a local
business acting as their official partner. Getting in touch with these
companies was very tricky but has become easier in recent years.
If you are looking to test out a few brands at home – you should also consider your market. If you expect to primarily work with common shades such as black or dark brown – your options are practically unlimited. However, if you are interested in also providing hair color services in unique shades such as violet, blue, green or a very specific shade of beige blonde then the brand may not be a consideration at all as very few brands (Bremod hair color for one) offer those shades to begin with.
Most
salons tend to start with a practical budget and local or imported brands such
as black rose or bremod hair color price in pakistan provide great results.
But, if you have the budget for it, the top tier brands provide better support
as they can provide meticulous training and advice to ensure your salon will
meet the standard which they require to maintain their brand image.
